Yeah, found it with Jude a few months back. Took some getting used to, but runs pretty smooth. I'm definitely going to miss this whenever we go back home.

I just did a maintenance check on it. New oil, rotated the tires, even checked the battery. Even vacuumed it a bit since it was getting a little dirty.

Seems pretty safe to me.

[so yes, as far as he knows it's safe. if they put in some weird tiny bug in a place he never would have gotten then there's not much he can do about it. but it's probably as good as they're going to get.]

Have you ever tested it's safety? Say, on more wild terrain?

[look at that grin. yeah he's offroaded a bit. ...okay most of that had been when he was trying to blow off steam after their less than stellar parting and shooting the desert wildlife seemed like a great idea.]

[he's going to move around back to the bed of the truck, taking off the cover and unlocking the hatch. well they have to eat somewhere and the cab is empty. there's even a blanket already there, though usually he just uses it to cover anything that might be in the cab. once he clears it off and takes the supplies from her, he holds out a hand to help her up.]

[ Being helped up, and now that things are set up, she wonders if they should just skip to the wine. This is going to be some heavy information. She doesn't know where to start. She's been keeping a good face with having just heard Nocturne wants them dead, but the stress is beginning to chip away at her. ]
